Most Latvian residents plan to spend summer free time with their family![]() «When asked what they expect from their summer vacation, 67% of respondents, mostly economically active Latvian residents aged 18 to 55, mentioned wanting to spend time with their family. 45% mentioned visiting new locations, 41% mentioned wanting to finish remaining tasks around the house/garden, and 40% mentioned wanting to relax and recharge,» as noted by study representatives. Residents often mentioned wanting to visit different cultural events (32%), meeting new people (14%) or participating in new activities (12%). Residents also rarely mentioned participating in extreme activities (7%). The study showed that only 1% of residents have no plans for their summer vacation. 2% of respondents could not provide a clear answer to this question. BNN
