Lido concluded 2015 with revenue of EUR 1.9 millionLido opened two new businesses in 2015 – a Lido restaurant opened its doors in Tallinn’s Ülemiste shopping centre in March and a new concept shop/café Ķirsons opened its doors in Galleria Riga shopping centre in June, as the company told BNN. «We are happy that we have successfully accomplished the goals we had established in 2015, specifically the goal to retain and gradually increase the group’s turnover and continue developing new projects in Latvia and foreign countries,» – explains Chairperson of Lido management board Rita Auzina. «Last year we focused a lot on research of the market in Germany. We performed the necessary preparations to open the first restaurant in Berlin, which we did in May. We have invested a lot of work to make our company management system more effective, which is especially important to make sure the company grows and develops on an international level. We also continued work with suppliers and partners to establish a unified quality standard and realize multiple important projects together.» Auzina emphasized that Lido’s priorities for 2016 include growth under conditions of competition in Latvia and Estonia. The company will also continue development and open new restaurants in Latvia and other European countries. BNN
