Rention is a new start-up company. It offers a special Internet platform in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and other countries that helps reduce the bureaucratic burden for housing management matters. «We have invested a lot of work in the creation of a new Internet platform to replace the outdated approach to housing management matters. The signed agreement is the first step toward even more rapid development,» – says Rention chairman Aleskandr Zelinskis. Draugiem Group’s Istabai company, which offers a smart housing management system, is prepared to integrate its solutions in Rention’s platform, thereby hoping to expand options abroad. Considering the services that are already accessible in the system, each new act of cooperation demonstrates that a single unified system can replace countless websites and institutions that have to be visited to carry out the necessary paper work, as BNN was informed by the two companies. «The launch of cooperation with a well-known company in Latvia proves the trustworthiness of our solution. Expansion of our work proves the effectiveness of our ‘one button instead of seven’ approach. Respectively, one Internet platform helps unite countless functions to make management easier,» – Zelinskis says about the advantages of e-environment. BNN
