''VEF Riga'' cut American point-guard Luke Loucks

 RIGA, Dec 28 - Latvian basketball club ''VEF Riga'' has cut American point-guard Luke Loucks, the club confirmed today.
Loucks joined the Latvian club this past June, signing a two-year contract.
Loucks has not seen much playing time this season, averaging 1.5 points, 03 rebounds and 0.7 assists per game in the VTB United League, and 1.8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game in the Latvian Basketball League.
Last season, the 22-year-old Loucks played for the Florida State University ''Seminoles'' in the NCAA, which won the ACC Conference.
Loucks played in 35 games for the ''Seminoles'' last season, averaging 7.1 points per game.
