Riga ''Dinamo'' terminates contract with American forward Rob Schremp

 RIGA, Nov 23 - Latvian ice hockey club Riga ''Dinamo'' has terminated its contract with American forward Rob Schremp, the club announced on Friday.
Last week, Schremp was put out on waivers. However, no club put a claim on the player, and he was sent down to ''Dinamo's'' farm-club ''Liepajas Metalurgs''.
The 26-year-old Schremp played in 21 Kontinental Ice Hockey League (KHL) matches for ''Dinamo'' this season, scoring one goal and making five assists.
As reported, last season, Schremp played for Swedish ice hockey club MODO.
Schremp was selected by the Edmonton ''Oilers'' with the 25th selection in the 2004 NHL Draft.
He has played in 114 NHL games in his career, scoring 20 goals and making 24 assists.
Last season, Schremp scored 20 goals and made 26 assists for MODO in the Swedish domestic league.
