 Latvian euro coins to be struck in Germany and cost EUR 5.306 million

RIGA, Dec 10 (NOZARE.LV) - German mint "Staatliche Münzen Baden-Württemberger" has won a tender on striking Latvian euro coins.

The contract will amount to EUR 5,306,008 (LVL 3,729,060),VAT excluded, according to the State Procurement Bureau's announcement.

The State Procurement Bureau points out that the lowest price was chosen when selecting the supplier of Latvian euro coins.

Five mints vied for striking, packing and supplying Latvian euro coins.
