Belokon brothers acquired fish-works company Brīvais vilnis

 Latvian industrialists Valeri Belokon and Vilori Belokon have become stockholders of 90.85% at Brīvais vilnis fish-works, meaning that shortly can be expected mandatory share
redemption offer, reads the information furnished to NASDAQ OMX Riga Stock Exchange.

At the end of January Vilori Belokon purchased from Ilona Drikina 100% shares of the company A Corporation, which is the holder of 1,267,020 or 40.88% of the stock at Brīvais
vilnis.

In early November 2012 Valeri Belokon informed about acquisition from Karlis Hauks 100% of the shares in Baltic Finance & Capital - the owner of Brivais vilnis Company, stockholder
of 1,548,878 or 49.97% of its shares.

Thus, Belokon brothers have become indirect holders of 2,815,898 or 90.85% of the interest in Brīvais vilnis.

Brīvais vilnis share capital comprises 3,099,450 ordinary shares with par value of 1 lat.

Turnover of Brīvais vilnis Company over the first nine months of 2012 tallied up to 6.84 million lats, which is by 13% more than over the same period in 2011, while its profit amounted to 482.8 thousand lats, or 3.9 times as much as one year ago. Brīvais vilnis shares are listed in the Secondary list of NASDAQ OMX Riga Stock Exchange.
